Thank you.

"Tell people where they are going and they may
get there; inspire them with why they are going
there and they will move mountains."
~ Christopher Novak

The happiest business in all of the world is that of making
friends. There is no investment on the street that pays
larger dividends. Life is more than stocks and bonds,
and love than rate percent, and he who gives in
friendship's name shall reap what he has.
~ Unknown

I want to be like a sunflower;
so even on the darkest days,
I will stand tall and find the sunlight.

 Helianthus is the scientific name
of the Sunflower. Helia for the sun and
Anthus for the flower. Sunflowers are the
symbol of faith, loyalty and adoration.

But first some food for thought.

Flowers always make people better, happier,
and more helpful; they are sunshine, food
and medicine for the soul.
~ Luther Burbank

Flowers ...... they are a proud assertion that a ray
of beauty out-values all the utilities of the world.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

How so very pretty!

What a wonderful talent to be able to quilt.

Love the log cabin look.

This is Mr Daily, I've named him. He tells me
he wants to stay on my page. He has gotten
many hello's since coming here to stay.
He claims he will never be lonely
again. So please say hello to him
won't you daily?

To me this store does not look quite abandoned, but it is. How
could one do this? I like the smoking sign, the "quitline" and then
the phone number. Ha, ha. But truly speaks a message. Just
love everything about this. The counter, the Life Saver sign,
looks like you could get a milkshake here as well by the signs
of the metal glasses beside the register. What a fun place ....
as I am sure this was in its day.

Boy! Trick or Treating was sure fun. Now, time to
put our Halloween costumes away and get ready
for Turkey Day! So, off we go ....

I'm staying, I love turning somersault's for you!
Susan K named me "Somer."

This little gal is simply adorable. I love her little ear-rings, her
perfect flawless face, her hair, that dress and the real
concentration on her face. Just a doll.

And here I am pretty sure dinner is ready.

Over-due for a chocolate fix. Here ya go!

So very cozy and you can almost feel the warmth.

This is gorgeous. A perfect picture captured.

I wanna send
heart kisses all day long
and every day here with you.

 I WILL catch that butterfly
one of these days!

After Halloween sales are the best
for a candy fix!

The blank if you want it.

Bless you for being here.
May the world be kind to you,
and may your own thoughts

be gentle upon yourself.

Pray for their safety.

Wow folks, November! Hope it will be a good month for
everyone. I am starting to decorate the house today and
hope to have it all done in a day or two. Then preparations
for the dinner. I already have a small start on the dinner.
I have my Pillsbury Honey Butter rolls to stick in the
oven Thanksgiving day. Things do get picked over, so
I try to buy a bit early if funds and time are available.
NOW ....
do remember to be careful, be safe and be
aware of everything and everyone around you.
Always try and sit in restaurants facing the
door so you can be observant. Take care,
I will be back with a brand
new page as soon as my
time allows. Thank you.
